Accessing the Passenger Portal

The Passenger Portal is accessible through web browsers on both desktop computers and smartphones. The Passenger Portal is not a downloadable application. Upon receiving access to the Passenger Portal, passengers should bookmark the https://icare.ridehealth.com on their phone.

Logging In and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) CodesIf the passenger does not close their browser and does not intentionally logout of the Passenger Portal, they will remain logged in. Should a passenger log out, they will need to enter their phone number, await a new code to be sent to them via text message, and then enter the code into the website. Two-Factor Authentication codes can only be used one time.
